Bring a special stuffed animal and a photo of the two of you to put in his cubby so he has something special to go with him. Read him the book The Kissing Hand. That may help things, too. You can lather on lipstick and kiss him to go to school so he has lip marks. It may just work! Make sure when you leave that you don't prolong leaving. If you sit and snuggle and tell him over and over that you'll be back and that he'll be ok and you sit there for ten minutes before you leave, yeah he's going to cry. Bring him in, hang up his jacket, kiss him and say goodbye, then hand him to the teacher and leave. Don't look back.
